4 weeks of workouts that can be done at home or the gym
3 full body workouts per week, plus 2 additional workouts

Advice on macros & portion sizes (I don’t give meal plans!)

If working out at home, as a minimum you will need 2-3 sets of dumbbells and some bands, long & short.  Additional equipment could be a bench and some barbells.  To progress over time you may need a larger range of dumbbells

  • would like to train with Ali & Beautiful Fit but don’t live nearby

  • Workout at home and don’t know what to do
