The address is 9/453 Fullarton Rd, Highgate, behind the Highgate Chicken Shop. The studio is not directly on Fullarton Rd, but access is from Carlton Street for parking.

Children are welcome to the classes at 9.30am & 5.45pm weekdays and 7.15am & 8am Saturday. There is a fenced off and gated children’s play area.  They can be allowed with mum or dad during class, but must be directly supervised.  Children cannot run around the studio during class or climb on equipment.

The classes are capped at 18 people.

Yes, all classes need a booking.  Bookings are made using an app, and can be changed if needed.  You can book in or cancel up to 1 hour before class starts.  Penalties apply for booking and not attending.

Classes are recommended from 15 years of age & up.  All fitness levels are welcome, and exercises can be adjusted for beginners and done with body weight if needed.  We do recommend for classes that you can get up & down off the floor with some ease.

In general we can work around an injury, but please discuss any injuries before signing the contract. You must have medical clearance from a doctor for any injuries.

We recommend 3-4 classes a week for optimum results.  The majority of members do 3-4 classes a week, some do 5.  To be honest, 1-2 classes per week will not give you results.

No, you must have a trainer for your class or session.  We are not a drop in gym.

All payments are to be made using credit card or bank account, prior to classes or sessions.  Cash is not accepted.

Yes, there are classes at 7 & 8am.

Memberships can be suspended for a maximum of 4 weeks per calendar year, there is a $10 weekly suspension charge.  Minimum suspension time is 2 weeks.

Memberships can be held for surgery or serious injury where exercise is not recommended – this is at the discretion of management.  Please email written request. 

We run a reduced timetable over the festive season.  The gym is closed Christmas Day & New Years Day.
